Obviously you express sympathy and make sure they've received the check, but do you, or HOW do you move it into asking about their coverage? Obviously we don't want to be crass. Do you kind of set up a future review?

Any thoughts on this? And yes, I HAVE searched the forum; maybe I'm missing it, but there's not much out there. :1confused:
